All files uploaded by you are used only for printing purposes. We do not share, view, or use your designs for any other purpose without your consent, except where required by law.

File Retention: Uploaded design files are retained for 30 days after order completion to facilitate any necessary reprints, replacements, or queries. After this period, design files are securely and permanently deleted from our servers.

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers at any time.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly for fulfilling your orders:

  • Razorpay — for secure payment processing
  • Shiprocket and our courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others) — for shipment tracking and delivery
