Refund & Replacement Policy

At PrintVint, we strive to deliver high-quality printing services. Since all products are custom-made based on customer-provided designs, our refund and replacement policy is structured accordingly.

1. No Refund Policy

All orders placed on PrintVint are non-refundable.

Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only in case of:

  • Printing defects
  • Manufacturing or production errors
  • Products damaged during delivery

Replacement will not be provided for issues arising from customer-provided files, including:

  • Spelling or grammatical errors
  • Incorrect design or layout
  • Low-resolution images
  • Wrong file upload

3. Damaged Products

If the product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

You are required to provide:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear images showing the damage

Failure to provide proper proof may result in rejection of the replacement request.

4. Reporting Issues

All issues related to defective or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

5. Replacement Process

Once your request is verified:

  • A replacement order will be processed at no additional cost
  • The replacement will be shipped to the original delivery address

Delivery timelines for replacement orders may vary.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order
  • After this period, cancellation is not allowed
