Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PrintVint, operated by Design Junction. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the website and customers placing orders.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws in India.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be 100% prepaid
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation
  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST
  • The GST breakdown will be shown on the tax invoice issued for each order

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. File Upload & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must upload print-ready files
  • We provide only basic file checks, including bleed issues, font availability, and basic alignment checks
  • Files should be supplied in CMYK colour space; RGB files will be converted and may show colour variations

We do not take responsibility for spelling or grammatical errors, design mistakes, incorrect layouts, low-resolution images, or colour variations from improperly prepared files.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and print the content uploaded.

5. Services

  • PrintVint currently provides printing services only
  • Design services or corrections are not included unless explicitly offered

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they enter the "In Production" stage. After production begins, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for details.

7. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Orders are non-refundable except where we are unable to fulfill the order
  • Replacement is offered only for printing defects, production-related issues, or products damaged in delivery
  • Customer errors (file mistakes, design errors, wrong uploads) are not eligible for replacement

8. Damaged Products

If the product arrives damaged, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear images of the damage

After verification, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

9. Delivery

  • We currently operate in Maharashtra, primarily Pune. Service to other regions may be added over time — please check serviceability at checkout
  • Delivery timelines are estimated only and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the logistics partner

PrintVint shall not be liable for delays caused by courier or logistics partners, weather, or external factors.

10. Customer Information

  • Customers must provide accurate name, address, and contact details
  • Any loss or additional cost due to incorrect information will be borne by the customer

11. Content Policy

Uploaded content must not:

  • Violate any law
  • Infringe copyrights or trademarks
  • Be offensive, illegal, or restricted

We reserve the right to reject any order that violates these conditions.

12. Communication

By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional communication related to your order — including order confirmations, status updates, clarifications, and delivery coordination — via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Marketing or promotional communications are sent only with your explicit opt-in consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, designs, text, and graphics are the property of PrintVint / Design Junction and may not be used without permission.

14. Disclaimer of Warranty

All products and services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

15. Limitation of Liability

PrintVint shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, errors in customer-provided files, or delays in delivery. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of that order.

16. Force Majeure

PrintVint shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet outages, courier service disruptions, labour strikes, pandemics, or power failures.

17. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases involving suspicious activity, content violations, or incorrect pricing.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
